Short Summary:
The Career Success Coordinator helps students transition from enrollment to graduation and into meaningful employment, supporting them throughout the full student lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics.
- Serve as a consistent point of contact and career readiness advocate for assigned students.
- Partner with the education team to monitor certification readiness.
- Introduce career readiness concepts early in the student journey.
- Accurately document all student interactions and engagement activities.
- Support and participate in workshops, career fairs, and certification readiness activities.
Requirement:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in student services, career services, advising, or related support role.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
