About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing mid-market customers across Sweden and Norway. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term customer relationships, protecting existing business and identifying opportunities to expand customers’ use of AvePoint’s broader platform.

You’ll take a consultative and commercially driven approach, getting to know your customers, understanding their priorities and identifying where additional solutions can create value. You’ll have clear ownership of account growth, working closely with Customer Success, Solution Consulting and the wider commercial team to develop opportunities, manage risks and drive expansion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of Account Management and wants to build on an established customer base rather than starting from scratch. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen existing relationships, uncover new areas for growth and make a visible impact on AvePoint’s continued growth across the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a defined portfolio of existing mid‑market accounts across Sweden and Norway.
• Support revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell of AvePoint’s SaaS solutions, aligned to customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close, working in partnership with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain strong customer engagement to support retention and renewals.
• Develop account plans aligned with customer business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing, Product and Support) to deliver consistent value to customers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account health information using CRM tools.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in roles involving full‑cycle sales responsibility.
• Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SaaS‑based solutions.
• Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or similar frameworks.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to decision‑making discussions.

How You Work

We are looking for someone who works effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and demonstrates the following values:

• Customer focus – You prioritise understanding customer needs and delivering relevant solutions.
• Ownership – You take responsibility for your work and follow through on commitments with integrity.
• Curiosity – You are open to learning, adapting and developing your skills as the business evolves.
• Collaboration – You work openly with others, support team goals and contribute to shared success.
• Proactivity – You take initiative, remain resilient, and work consistently towards agreed objectives

AvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
