Core skills you’ll bring

Product ownership and backlog management for Service Assurance systems
Strong knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization
Experience with service assurance tools: fault management, performance monitoring, service quality, and ticketing
Ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements
Stakeholder management across development, NOC, and field service teams
Understanding of telecom service monitoring, SLA management, and compliance requirements

The impact you'll create

Drive the evolution of Service Assurance platforms and processes
Improve SLA visibility, service performance, and operational efficiency
Turn customer and operational feedback into actionable product improvements
Enable faster and more effective incident response and resolution
Ensure service monitoring and reporting meet regulatory requirements
Support the delivery of scalable, customer-focused Service Assurance solutions
