Generative AI Specialist

• GenAI Project Coordination and support:
  o Coordinate and manage GenAI project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
  o Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
  o Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or issues.
  o Assist in the development of project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  · Act as a SME for GenAI projects, applying a strategic approach towards information systems innovation with a focus on GenAI technologies.
  o Utilize data flow modeling and workflow analysis to identify business unit needs specific to GenAI applications. Develop and manage reports on GenAI use case performance and outcomes.
  o Support the research and preliminary analysis for GenAI project requests. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  o Work closely with technical architects and developers to plan and implement efficient operational systems supporting GenAI initiatives.
  o Lead the effort in testing GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are effective in real-world scenarios.
  o Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption and understanding of GenAI technologies within the business unit.
