Motion Designer

About the role

As our digital platform continues to expand rapidly across Europe, dynamic storytelling and high-impact visual communication play an essential role in engaging millions of drivers. Marketing and brand communication represent the heartbeat of our external presence, connecting our e-commerce solutions with our community through animated promotional assets, advertising campaigns, and social media storytelling. To maintain our creative momentum and uphold top-tier visual standards across our multi-market channels, we need a dedicated motion specialist with exceptional animation craft to elevate our brand motion identity.

To achieve this goal, we are hiring a Motion Designer to take ownership of creating compelling animations, motion graphics, and visual content across our marketing touchpoints. In this role, you will apply core animation principles, timing, typography, and visual flow to bring brand narratives to life across digital platforms, paid advertising, social channels, and product initiatives. You will work closely with designers and cross-functional team members, translating project briefs and creative direction into polished, attention-grabbing assets while adapting work across various formats.

You will be working towards building a cohesive, modern motion presence, establishing technical precision in our project files, and exploring approved AI-assisted tools and templates to enhance production efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity because you will directly shape the visual rhythm of Europe's leading automotive e-commerce scale-up. You will collaborate within an agile, international creative environment where your animations will captivate audiences across 27 countries, playing a pivotal role in driving our brand's ongoing European success.

• Organize, render, and deliver project files and multimedia assets in accordance with technical specifications, naming conventions, and file-management practices
