To maintain our creative momentum and uphold top-tier visual standards across our multi-market channels, we need a dedicated motion specialist with exceptional animation craft to elevate our brand motion identity.

To achieve this goal, we are hiring a Motion Designer to take ownership of creating compelling animations, motion graphics, and visual content across our marketing touchpoints. In this role, you will apply core animation principles, timing, typography, and visual flow to bring brand narratives to life across digital platforms, paid advertising, social channels, and product initiatives. You will work closely with designers and cross-functional team members, translating project briefs and creative direction into polished, attention-grabbing assets while adapting work across various formats.

You will be working towards building a cohesive, modern motion presence, establishing technical precision in our project files, and exploring approved AI-assisted tools and templates to enhance production efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity because you will directly shape the visual rhythm of Europe's leading automotive e-commerce scale-up. You will collaborate within an agile, international creative environment where your animations will captivate audiences across 27 countries, playing a pivotal role in driving our brand's ongoing European success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and product initiatives
• Apply established animation principles, timing, pacing, easing, typography, and composition to deliver polished motion assets
• Edit and refine multimedia content, including video editing, basic compositing, colour correction, visual effects, and audio integration as required
• Incorporate creative direction and constructive feedback while upholding brand guidelines, visual consistency, and technical production standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and marketing team members to ensure motion assets support strategic communication goals
• Organize, render, and deliver project files and multimedia assets in accordance with technical specifications, naming conventions, and file-management practices
• Leverage approved AI-assisted tools, automation scripts, and templates where appropriate to improve production efficiency without compromising craft

Core Capabilities & Skills

• At least three years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and multimedia production
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with deep expertise in animation fundamentals, kinetic typography, and visual flow
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and supporting multimedia tools for video editing, basic compositing, colour correction, and audio synchronization
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for layout hierarchy, design systems, and brand application
• Practical experience working with approved AI-assisted production tools and workflow automations is a strong plus
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with a structured approach to managing multiple projects under agreed deadlines
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) within an international team environment
