Senior Copywriter (f/m/x)

• Develop big creative ideas — translate brand strategy and customer insights into high-impact advertising concepts that drive measurable brand growth, together with our visual creatives
• Write campaigns that move people — own concepts, scripts and storyboards for large-scale TVC and OLV campaigns across Europe, from first idea to final cut
• Shape the entire customer journey — write for every touchpoint, from TV, OLV, social, UGC, print and OOH to website, app, POS, CRM and customer support, working closely with our visual creatives
• Define how our brands sound — translate brand strategy into clear copy frameworks, messaging playbooks and tone-of-voice guidelines that hold up across channels and our eight markets
• Put AI to work — drive the development and rollout of custom AI copy tools (e.g. GPTs) and workflows that help the business generate high-quality, brand-compliant text efficiently
• Raise the bar for creative operations — prioritize projects, improve workflows and increase the team’s creative impact and speed without compromising quality

• You have a strong creative track record — 5+ years of experience in creative concept development, copywriting and screenwriting for consumer-facing brands or creative agencies, with a portfolio of high-impact advertising campaigns
• You turn strategy into compelling words — you translate brand positioning and customer insights into clear concepts, messaging frameworks, playbooks and tone-of-voice guidelines
• You are hands-on across formats — you write as confidently for a TVC script as for a social ad, landing page or CRM journey, across brand and performance touchpoints
• You combine creative ambition with operational excellence — you make decisions, prioritize competing projects and improve processes to deliver consistently strong work
• You can inspire and challenge others — you communicate ideas clearly, collaborate closely with art directors and visual creatives, and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• You embrace AI as part of the creative process — you are motivated to build and scale tools and workflows that improve copy quality, consistency and speed
• You write at native level — native-level or fluent English is mandatory; German or another European language is a plus
