Short Summary:
Authentic8 is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to oversee the content engine, including the website, editorial calendar, and optimization strategies to convert users from unaware to educated to converted. The role involves collaboration with internal and external experts to create high-quality content for various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own the website and manage content performance.
- Partner with internal operations and external developers for updates.
- Set the content strategy and manage the editorial calendar.
- Orchestrate the content pipeline, briefing SMEs and editing drafts.
- Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with content strategy.
- Optimize for search, AI, and human engagement across all assets.
- Report on content performance and its impact on the pipeline.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in a startup or scale-up.
- Experience managing direct reports and owning a company website.
- Proven ability to build and run an editorial calendar aligned to ICPs.
- Deep SEO fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools for content.
- Exceptional editing and project management skills.
