Short Summary:
Aura is seeking ambitious candidates for the role of Customer Loyalty Representative to help retain customers and support their digital safety needs.
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound customer cancellation calls and retain them as Aura customers.
- Make daily outbound calls to existing Aura customers with failed subscription payments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Master evangelizing Aura's story and mission to customers.
- Consult with customers on best practices to better protect their online identity.
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's solutions with customer needs.
- Proactively improve knowledge of industry best practices and recent events.
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of sales/retention experience (or equivalent) with a track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Team player with a strong business acumen.
