Chief Information Officer (CIO)
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Information Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team, report directly to the CEO, and lead the technology function across the company as a strategic partner to the business. The CIO will own our information technology strategy, run and continuously optimize our core enterprise systems, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies, with artificial intelligence at the center, to create measurable business value. The CIO will help shape the company's technology direction while enabling business growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.
Over the past three years the company completed a major transformation, replacing its legacy platform with a modern Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) environment that is now fully live and in steady-state operation. The incoming CIO will build on this foundation by keeping operational systems reliable and secure, extracting more value from the ERP investment, and leading the next wave of change. This includes a planned move to a new enterprise service management platform that will consolidate several of our current systems, along with the responsible integration of AI across the organization.
Security is central to this role. Beyond our internal systems, we manage infrastructure on behalf of thousands of managed-services customers, so a strong security posture is essential to the business and to the trust our customers place in us. The CIO will own the overall security agenda, with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) reporting into the role, and will be accountable for maintaining compliance with standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, while preparing the organization for FedRAMP in the near future.
The ideal candidate pairs deep, hands-on technology expertise with strong business acumen. They understand that technology exists to run and grow the business, they are energized by the shift that AI is bringing to the IT world, and they are equally comfortable setting strategy, leading large programs, and getting into the detail of operational applications.
This is an enterprise leadership role with broad influence across the company. The CIO will be expected to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders, drive cross company priorities, and lead complex transformation in a demanding global environment.n empty job that is used for creating requisitions 'from scratch'
