Performance Creative Strategist (Meta & TikTok)

About Atom Apps
Atom Apps is a growing mobile app company with a portfolio of 20+ consumer applications across utility, productivity, and lifestyle categories, reaching over 25 million installs.
We're looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Performance Creative Strategist who can consistently generate fresh, original advertising ideas for the US market.
This is an idea-driven role. We need someone who doesn't just follow trends or adapt existing ads, but independently develops new concepts, discovers unexpected angles, and turns creative thinking into measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Generate original, high-impact creative concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts for Meta and TikTok ads targeting US audiences.
• Constantly discover fresh advertising ideas through US cultural trends, consumer insights, competitor research, and creative experimentation.
• Develop new creative directions and hypotheses — not just variations of existing ads.
• Turn ideas into compelling, conversion-focused scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to test concepts, analyze performance, and identify winning approaches.
• Take full ownership of creative ideation, proactively bringing new ideas to the table without waiting for briefs.
• Your main mission: consistently come up with fresh, original ideas that drive performance — not simply manage production.

What We're Looking For

• Currently based in the United States — mandatory.
• Experience developing creative concepts, hooks, angles, or scripts for Meta and/or TikTok paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of American culture, consumer psychology, humor, and social media trends.
• Proven ability to independently generate original advertising ideas.
• Understanding of direct-response marketing and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative research skills.
• A proactive, curious, experimental mindset and the ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an international team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with consumer mobile apps, subscriptions, DTC, or e-commerce.
• Background in performance creative agencies or growth marketing.
• Experience developing UGC-style advertising concepts.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, and AI-powered creative tools.

Working Schedule
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities (4–5 hours per day for part-time).
Our international team works across different time zones, with our Dubai-based colleagues starting their workday at 12:00 PM GST (UTC+4).
We're looking for someone comfortable working early mornings in the US to ensure regular collaboration and meaningful overlap with the Dubai team.
Exact working hours will be discussed individually based on your time zone and availability.
