Short Summary:
Atmosera is seeking an experienced Director of Security Operations to lead and mature our Microsoft-native Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) practice, ensuring high-quality delivery of managed security services across our client portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of Atmosera's 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Continuously improve the maturity, scalability, and consistency of security operations
- Own operational delivery of Atmosera's MXDR services
- Serve as the executive operational leader for client-facing security operations
- Provide technical leadership across Microsoft's security ecosystem
- Lead operational readiness for incident response
- Align Security Operations with Atmosera's Strategic Security Program
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing security professionals
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs

Requirement:
- 8+ years in Cybersecurity
- 5+ years leading enterprise Security Operations or Managed Security Services
- Demonstrated ability to run repeatable processes with strong attention to detail
- Skilled at translating complex topics into clear updates for diverse audiences
- Comfortable working across remote, cross-functional teams
- Uses data to identify root causes and propose scalable solutions
