Key Account Fleet Sales Manager

THE ROLE:

The objective of this position is to support the development of fleet sales (medium & large fleets) by effectively managing relationships with key fleet customers. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing and executing the overall direct sales fleet strategy, monitoring direct fleet sales performance, and taking corrective actions to improve efficiency in fleet sales. Additionally, this role involves acting as a Fleet Sales Key Account Manager for fleet customers, negotiating commercial terms in line with company policy, and providing product and service support contributing to the growth of the company and fleet sales.

MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:Dealer Animation/Support

·       Provide proper support to Dealers to strengthen their fleet performance.

·       Present and explain to Dealers the fleet commercial strategy.

·       Develop, implement, and execute a fleet plan.

·       Analyze network performance and propose corrective actions.

·       Monitor the fleet sales performance of dealers.

·       Achieve the set sales targets by offering customised fleet solutions to existing key fleet customers and actively searches for new key fleet customers and fleet opportunities. The Fleet Sales Key Account Manager proposes actively, besides vehicles, also services and ancillary products

·       Lead negotiations with key fleet customers  on pricing, contract terms and service-level agreements (SLAs). You ensure that all contractual agreements are beneficial for both the client, the represented brand and Astara.

·       Coordinate local responses to RFQ inquiries.
