Short Summary:
ASML is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join the Engineering & Competence team within Corporate Real Estate (CRE). This role involves acting as the operational bridge between various teams, coordinating technical incident escalations, driving process improvements, and translating engineering expertise into standardized processes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering-related incident escalations.
- Ensure incidents are assessed, prioritized, and routed to appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Track and coordinate technical escalations through resolution.
- Analyze recurring incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and operational processes.
- Develop and standardize escalation workflows and process documentation.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Support supplier onboarding and performance improvement.
- Maintain documentation including process maps and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor operational performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, or manufacturing support environments.
- Experience in process improvement, incident management, and developing operational procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
