How you'll make an impact in this role
- Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap and strategic vision to align domain technologies with long-term business goals.
- Partner with solution architects, vendors, and executive stakeholders to guide seamless product lifecycle management and feature releases.
- Lead release planning and resolve delivery bottlenecks to ensure timely deployment of high-impact platform functionalities.
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards during product enhancements to protect sensitive patient and enterprise data.
- Evaluate product performance metrics and vendor contracts to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and maximize platform ROI.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences you'll need
- High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of dedicated job-specific experience.
- Demonstrated experience defining product vision, managing software roadmaps, and owning full lifecycle execution for enterprise applications.
