Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage document exchange with clients, service providers, and project teams.
- Maintain project document control systems.
- Coordinate document deadlines and workflows.
- Support QA/QC processes by checking technical documents.
- Provide reporting and coordination support to project stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Experience in project environments with document control.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CDE platforms.
- Good written and spoken English; German required for Germany-based applicants.
