Short Summary:
As a Document Controller at Arup, you will manage document exchange, maintain project document control systems, and support QA/QC processes, ensuring high-quality project documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage document exchange with clients, service providers, and project teams.
- Maintain project document control systems, ensuring client-specific platforms and filing structures are up to date.
- Coordinate document deadlines and workflows across internal and external interfaces.
- Support QA/QC processes by checking that technical documents meet agreed standards.
- Provide reporting and coordination support to project stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Experience in project environments.
- Completed traineeship in a technical, administrative, business, or related field / equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; good German is required for Germany-based applicants.
