Client Partner - Global Operations

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We're seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow client relationships for large IT outsourcing deals, focusing on managing Global Competency Center (GCC) operations, driving demand generation, and ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT portfolios, with a proven track record of delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and manage GCC’s. Serve as the primary point of contact for GCC-based clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between client objectives and delivery capabilities.

2. Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion:

• Build and Manage a portfolio of outsourcing deals.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure and present winning proposals.

3. Demand Management:

• Actively manage and fulfi ll client demand, ensuring seamless resource and service alignment.
• Forecast and plan for upcoming client needs, aligning with delivery teams.

4. Customer Success & Delivery Oversight:

• Oversee delivery excellence, ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Track and improve client success metrics, such as NPS, project milestones, and SLAs.
• Drive issue resolution, acting as the escalation point for client concerns.

5. Strategic Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with internal competency centers and global teams to deliver innovative IT solutions.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on account health, risks, and growth opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years in IT account management, with at least 5 years managing large outsourcing projects.
• Proven success in managing large portfolios, preferably in GCC environments. Skills:
• Strong expertise in IT outsourcing models, delivery frameworks, and global operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fi elds
• MBA is preferred.
