Short Summary:
The team is responsible for development tooling for application and infrastructure teams. The DevOps Engineer will support the modernization, management, and automation of development tools and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to Automation Platform Team projects.
- Migrate a GitLab environment to GitHub SaaS.
- Modernize the existing Jenkins-based CI/CD infrastructure and help define the long-term roadmap.
- Migrate development tools from on-premises environments to the cloud.
- Implement the Ansible Automation Platform.
- Contribute to the solution architecture of existing and new tools such as Nexus, GitHub, Jenkins, HashiCorp Vault, Sourcebot, UiPath, and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Assist with operational management of both self-hosted and SaaS tools, including Udemy, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
- Lead migration projects related to development tooling.
- Communicate with the development community and support development and infrastructure teams.
- Develop self-service solutions to support migrations.
- Create usage guidelines and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirement:
- AWS cloud environments.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Security, authentication and authorization, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and SSO.
- Containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Podman, OpenShift, Kubernetes (EKS), and deployment tools like ArgoCD.
- Linux administration, monitoring, and Dynatrace.
- Version control and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot while respecting security and privacy requirements.
