Short Summary:
Supervise and verify operational activities in the Live Casino environment, maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring game standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and verify operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players)
- Coordinate staff under supervision
- Respect and maintain game standards imposed by the company
- Collaborate and cooperate with team members
- Ensure functionality of the studios
- Perform other operational activities
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry
- Excellent knowledge of the Live Casino Industry
- Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- PC skills
- Advanced English speaking
- Ability to work under pressure
