The Appearance Team Leader is responsible for leading the daily stock, procurement, and operational activities of the Appearance department, ensuring the continuous availability of makeup, hair, and other appearance-related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty, makeup, hairdressing, or broadcast appearance, along with leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees stock management and ensures compliance with established procedures.
- Conducts regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates.
- Manages daily team operations, including attendance and scheduling.
- Handles documentation related to disciplinary actions and training.
- Evaluates compliance with procedures and proposes improvements.
- Ensures timely re-stocking and analyzes stock movements.
- Compiles and presents reports on team activities and stock movements.
- Maintains and improves documentation related to standardization.
- Identifies innovative approaches to enhance quality and productivity.
- Complies with company standards and maintains professional responsibility.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience in stock management and procurement or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in stock management and warehouse software.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
