You love freedom, ownership, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty - **Be data-driven:** you will track pipelines, conversion rates, and use that data to continuously improve how we hire - **Sell the vision:** you will be one of the first impressions of ARQ, telling our story in a way that excites and converts top talent - **Move with urgency:** you understand that great candidates don’t wait, and you act fast without sacrificing quality - **Design the system:** you won’t just fill roles you’ll help us build scalable processes, tools, and rituals that turn our talent team into a world-class machine - **Continuously improve:** you are always iterating on outreach, interviews, and processes to get better every week # What you'll need - Proven track record or hiring A players in a fast paced environment - Precise sourcing skills (we don't only rely on inbound applicants) - Resourcefulness, ability to leverage LinkedIn as well as the network of the current team to source potential candidates - Strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates. - High EQ, being able to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit. You value candidates highly and provide them with a world-class experience throughout the process - Excellent organisation skills, being able to manage candidates funnel with maximum attention to detail and due diligence.
