If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it. ## **What you'll be doing** - Produce 2–4 videos per week, independently, about the main use-cases in BR at the moment (e.g. Travel, Wealth, Remote Work, new products). - Stay on top of social media trends that can be used to generate new ideas / videos. - Deliver premium-quality visuals — ideally from a filmmaker or creator background. - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative pieces. ## **What you'll need** - Proven experience creating video content (e.g. Content creator, Filmmaker, etc). - A portfolio showcasing organic or branded content with high production value. - Creativity, agility, and ability to produce independently. - Understanding of Brazilian digital cultur **e** (trends, humor, language, etc.). - Pre-production: very strong creating new ideas and scripts. - Production: - Post-production: Great editing that feels high quality, dopaminic and aesthetically pleasing. - Creative: able to produce creative videos, on a weekly basis. - Good to have: # Why join us - Competitive salary - Sign-on stock options bonus, so you become part of the success of the company - Discretionary performance bonus (stock options) - Paid annual leave - Private health insurance - Latest technology to work with - Strong team that will help you improve your skills
