Short Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Finance Shared Services professional with experience in multinational organizations to support end-to-end finance operations across various functions.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, verify documentation, prepare payment proposals, respond to vendor queries, and reconcile statements.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate customer invoices, monitor aging reports, perform account reconciliations, and support collections.
- Banking, General Ledger & Close: Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash balances, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close activities.
- Employee Expenses, Compliance & Controls: Review expense claims, process reimbursements, maintain documentation, and support audits.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Finance Shared Services or a multinational organization.
- Hands-on knowledge of finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
