Senior Account Executive, Arkalytics

Enterprise SaaS | Financial Services | Data & Analytics | New Business Development
The data industry is entering its biggest transformation in decades. AI, cloud, and modern analytics are changing how every organization operates. At Arkatechture, you'll be on the front lines of that transformation—not selling software, but helping executives rethink how they use data to run their business.

People join Arkatechture for different reasons. Some are drawn to the technology. Some prefer the flexibility of a remote-first company. Some want to work for an independently owned, high-growth organization. Most stay because of the people.

We're a company that genuinely enjoys working together. Our consultants, engineers, project managers and sales team collaborate every day to solve difficult problems for our clients. There isn't a "throw it over the wall" mentality here. Everyone has a seat at the table, and good ideas can come from anywhere.

As we've grown, we've worked hard to keep that culture intact. We hire people who are curious, humble, dependable and willing to help each other succeed. If you're looking for internal politics or layers of bureaucracy, you won't find much of either.

We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:

All employees share our core values: put the team first, practice humility, take pride in everything we do, stay curious, care for our community & environment, take work seriously; ourselves not so much.

Arkatechture is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Account Executive to accelerate the growth of Arkalytics, our cloud-based data and analytics platform built for financial institutions.

As a growing data and analytics company serving customers nationwide, we're on a mission to help organizations unlock the power of their data to make smarter decisions and drive meaningful business outcomes.

In this role, you'll focus on expanding Arkalytics' presence within the community banking market, building relationships with financial institution leaders, and driving new customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and identifying opportunities to developing strategic relationships, demonstrating value, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

We're looking for a proven sales professional who understands the complexities of selling enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally within the financial services industry. You know how to navigate complex buying processes, engage executive-level stakeholders, and translate technical solutions into compelling business value.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant opportunity to influence our growth and go-to-market strategy. If you're a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to meet you!
