What You'll Do Plan project timelines by thoroughly understanding game concepts and art requirements. Coordinate and manage multiple art projects, ensuring all deadlines and achievements are strictly met. Prioritize resources effectively and manage team workloads. Collaborate with global partners to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback. Ensure seamless collaboration between the art department and other teams. Review all artistic work to ensure it meets quality standards and game requirements. Coordinate the implementation of art and animation assets in the game. Edit and refine artwork as necessary to achieve the best results. Mentor and provide career development opportunities for junior and mid-level artists. Stay updated with current trends, tools, and technologies related to game development. Implement new ideas and techniques to improve creative output. Be hands-on when needed to successfully implement projects. What We're Looking For Highly motivated and self-organized individual with a zeal for managing a passionate team. Advanced understanding of artistic skills including color, form, perspective, layout, and sketching. Proficiency in delivering outcomes within the digital environment. Strong English communication skills. Adaptive behavior and flexibility in task management. Demonstrates integrity and organizational behavior. Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Build, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in an art-related role, preferably in casino gaming, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of art styles and skills. Expertise in industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk 3ds Max, Esoteric Spine, and Maya. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback. Strong project management and organizational skills.
