What You'll Do Build and convert a healthy pipeline to achieve revenue objectives Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline and 12-month opportunity outlook Keep Salesforce forecasts and customer records accurate and current Assess opportunities based on validated customer intent and realistic timing Develop and complete growth plans across Gaming Operations and Game Sales Establish positive relationships with executive and operational contacts Conduct strategic account reviews and coordinate purposeful customer engagement Use analytics and market intelligence to support recommendations Influence customer decisions through property-specific insights Prepare complete, accurate, and timely deal submissions Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Commercial partners Use planning and analytics tools to monitor product penetration and territory performance Prioritize travel and customer activity based on strategic value and return on investment Coordinate customer travel and prepare briefing materials for leadership visits What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience Established success in handling a regional territory and reaching revenue objectives Strong analytical, financial, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce Ability to prioritize several tasks and perform efficiently in a dynamic environment Open to regular travel across Washington and Idaho Experience in gaming, casino operations, hospitality, technology, or related industry preferred Experience with long-cycle, solution-based, or ROI-focused selling preferred Working knowledge of financial analysis, product performance analytics, and competitive positioning preferred This is your chance to join a world-class team, drive significant impact, and build the future of gaming in Washington and Idaho.
