Short Summary:
As a Field Service Technician, you will provide technical support to ensure the success of our customers at Aristocrat Gaming. This entry-level position involves troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining gaming machines and requires a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
- Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
- Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests.
- Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the service schedule.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
- Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
- Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.

Requirement:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Clean and valid driver’s license.
- Willing to do daily travel in the assigned territory (up to 30% regional and national travel).
- Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, and proactive.
- Passion for technology and problem-solving.
