About the Role

At Arc, we are on a mission to amplify employees at local businesses using AI. With years of experience building and scaling commerce tools for businesses - from farmers markets and neighborhood coffee shops to global retailers, restaurant chains, and major sports venues - we know how to deliver mission‑critical technology that integrates easily, delights customers, and works every time.

Voice AI for QSR drive-thrus is our first product on that journey: an AI voice agent that takes real orders at the drive-thru speaker, in real time, integrating directly with a business's existing POS and hardware. Done well, this means more revenue, faster lines, and fewer mistakes for the operators we serve.

As our Social & Content Marketing Lead, you will own all company and founder social media channels and content marketing initiatives to support our overall sales and go-to-market goals.

This is a high impact, high autonomy, ‘zero to one’ role for someone who wants to shape the brand voice and build the social and content marketing playbook for an early stage, high-growth company.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow Company and Founder social media channels (LinkedIn primarily, X secondarily, others as needed), with end-to-end ownership of both strategy and execution.
Refine Arc’s brand positioning and brand voice; create supporting social content pillars; and then translate those pillars into compelling, creative copy and content.
Create and execute long-form and multimedia content marketing programs (e.g., blog, newsletter, webinars, customer case studies, etc.) to feed social content and support sales and other go-to-market activities.
Design and produce creative assets (images, videos, infographics, etc.) for use in social and content marketing, with an ability and willingness to self-serve on design and AI tools.
Partner closely with Sales and Product to deeply understand our ICP and translate real-world customer needs and stories into engaging, highly resonant content.
Use data to test, measure, and optimize content and share learnings with team members to inform sales messaging and other marketing activities.
Coordinate with external go-to-market vendors as needed.
Support event marketing and other sales and marketing activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of professional Social and Content Marketing experience for B2B technology products or services, ideally for an Enterprise audience.
Demonstrated track record of owning and growing social channels and content programs from scratch to scale in an early stage company.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and the content that performs on each, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn, including experience ghostwriting for founders or other executives.
Excellent copywriting skills in both short and long-form content formats.
Proficiency designing and editing creative assets in Figma, with the help of AI tools as needed to enhance quality and speed to output.
Highly autonomous and comfortable with the fast pace and ambiguity of a startup environment; able to execute and get results with minimal direct supervision and no existing playbook.
Direct experience with marketing for a restaurant or hospitality technology audience is a strong plus.

You’ll get to shape the brand voice and build the social and content marketing playbook for an early stage company with proven product-market fit in a massive, largely greenfield TAM. We are using AI to solve a genuinely hard, high-stakes problem, in service of helping thousands of local businesses and millions of their employees and customers. Drive-thru Voice AI is just the beginning. Your work will directly impact our success and help determine what comes next.
