Middle Product Manager – Partnerships

About the role

Arbitrip builds branded travel experiences for leading airlines, financial institutions, CUGs (closed user groups / affinity brands), and consumer brands. For each partner, we're not just a vendor — we're the team responsible for making sure their brand shows up right, their launches happen on time, and their business goals get delivered.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own our white-label product end to end. This is first and foremost a product role built on your ability to lead partners and clients: you'll be the person who deeply understands the white-label product, the company's strategic roadmap, and what each partner actually needs — and who turns that understanding into plans and features that get built and succeed.

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy: know the white-label product inside out, driving features that serve both partner needs and our long-term roadmap.
• Partner with leadership: represent Arbitrip directly with partner leadership, building trust, making thoughtful judgment calls, and holding the line on what's realistic — while still finding a way to say yes to what matters.
• Collaborate on execution: work closely with development, design, project management, and data teams to turn clear priorities into reality — you bring the product thinking; they bring the execution.

You'll have real ownership from day one — multiple live partnerships, direct access to leadership, and the trust to represent Arbitrip externally. If you like being the person who knows the product better than anyone and the partner trusts on sight, this is built for you.

What we're looking for

• Real product ownership: 4+ years hands-on, having owned a product end to end.
• Experience working with AI across the product and R&D lifecycle.
• Real experience leading client or partner relationships directly.
• A track record of shipping features that needed real internal buy-in — from leadership, finance, or legal — to actually launch, not just get built.
• Comfortable prioritizing against competing requirements and explaining the trade-offs clearly.
• Strong UX instincts — able to read a flow critically and shape it.
• Strongly data-driven — comfortable using data to make and defend product decisions.
• A real team player.
• Strong written and spoken English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• B2C product background — a big plus.
• Experience in travel, aviation, or financial services.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or finance stakeholders as part of shipping a product.
