Short Summary:
Join Aprio's Digital Marketing team as a Senior Manager to manage and execute digital marketing programs, focusing on paid media, search visibility, and analytics. This role emphasizes the use of AI in marketing strategies and involves coaching a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute digital marketing programs across paid media, search visibility, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Use AI daily and help the team adopt it for improved decision-making and output.
- Manage and coach a small remote team of channel specialists.
- Run the paid media program with a focus on paid search, including strategy, execution, and performance improvement.
- Manage search visibility through SEO and AI search.
- Coordinate with the email marketing team for aligned campaigns.
- Build AI into marketing workflows and campaigns.
- Own marketing analytics and reporting, building dashboards for performance measurement.
- Run the CRO program using A/B testing to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with the website team to enhance site experiences.
- Manage campaign budgets and report on performance to the Vice President.
- Use HubSpot for campaign management and reporting.
- Stay updated on digital marketing and AI trends.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, search visibility, and analytics.
- Deep experience in paid media, especially paid search.
- Experience with AI-driven search and generative engines.
- Hands-on experience in analytics and CRO.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing programs and buying cycles.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and experience managing a small team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
