Short Summary:
Join Aprio's Nonprofit Consulting team as a Senior Advisor, where you will help clients maximize their opportunities and lead interim CFO engagements. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, management, and execution of client engagements.
- Perform high-level financial reporting and analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive cash flow analyses and projections.
- Evaluate staffing needs and provide recommendations.
- Monitor budget expenditures and conduct variance analyses.
- Review and provide feedback on Board reports.
- Collaborate on developing Investment Policy Statements.
- Support the Finance team during audits.
- Mentor and oversee the Finance Director.
- Establish ongoing communication with the CEO.

Requirement:
- 20+ years of accounting experience, including nonprofit CFO experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred.
- Ability to lead finance teams and present to leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
