Salary Range: $230,000-$250,000 USD OTE
Location: Remote (Denver, North Texas or Oklahoma)

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Sales team and drive new-logo growth, selling enterprise solutions to independent insurance agencies and partnering with Solution Consultants to turn prospects into long-term customers.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new logos: prospect, cold call, open doors, set appointments, and close sales of our SaaS and cloud solutions to independent insurance agencies with 10–199 users
• Dedicate 100% of your time to selling enterprise business solutions to new accounts, engaging prospects with a consultative approach
• Partner with our Solution Consultants to build business plans that show how Applied products help clients reach their goals more efficiently
• Follow up promptly on leads from our Business Development Group
• Work with sales team and management to identify new target areas and opportunities
• Represent Applied at industry events and tradeshows, and maintain customer relationships after the sale to grow your referral base

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience
• Self-starter who is disciplined, creative, and independent
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office in Denver, North Texas or Oklahoma, with travel of up to 50% within your assigned territory
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience

Bonus points if you also have:

• SaaS or B2B technology solution sales, or business development experience
• Formal solution sales training
• Salesforce or other CRM experience

Compensation Transparency

Our targeted starting total cash compensation in the United States for this position ranges includes base salary and on-target performance-based variable commissions. Actual earnings are uncapped, and many team members exceed on-target amounts by surpassing their sales goals. We consider depth and breadth of experience, skills, and responsibilities when determining starting pay.

Background Checks

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment background checks and verification processes.

AI Utilization

We leverage AI tools to streamline parts of our recruitment workflow (such as resume parsing and interview scheduling). However, final decisions are always conducted by real humans.
