Short Summary:
Applied Intuition is seeking highly ambitious engineers to drive customer success at the intersection of groundbreaking technology and critical customer impact. This role involves owning the outcome of strategic site-operator engagements and accelerating the industry's adoption of AI-driven machines globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end leadership for Applied's AHS delivery across strategic site operators.
- Develop and run a New Product Introduction (NPI) process with clear gateways for internal execution.
- Conduct regular SteerCos with site operators, build presentation material, and run meetings.
- Align workstream leads across various functions and hold them accountable.
- Cultivate executive-level connections with site operators.
- Ensure high standards of quality for every gateway and release.
Requirement:
- Requires 5+ years leading complex cross-functional technical programs in automotive, industrial, or robotics domains.
- Prior experience running or building a formal NPI / gated development process.
- Experience owning delivery to an external customer at production scale.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of driving alignment across functions.
