Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Claris, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple, empowers problem solvers at organizations of every size to create custom solutions. Our flagship product, FileMaker, has been in market for 40 years and is now gaining agentic development capabilities, joined by a new generation of high-growth products. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead go-to-market execution across the full Claris portfolio. You'll take major initiatives from kickoff through delivery, align work across Claris and Apple teams, and clear the obstacles that slow great work down.
You'll lead go-to-market execution for every Claris product, from new product launches to agentic development for FileMaker to adoption and retention across our established customer base. The role spans three areas: * Marketing communications: Plan and deliver launches, campaigns, and always-on content across email, social, paid media, and content marketing. * Field sales: Connect marketing with our field sales team, make sure sales has the programs and materials it needs, and bring field feedback back into planning. * Joint software and hardware sales channels: Work directly with Apple sales and marketing leadership to plan and run programs that bring Claris software and Apple hardware to customers together. You'll also run the team's agile rhythm, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and apply what we learn from each launch to the next.
- 10+ years of program or project management experience within a marketing organization
- Deep experience with product launches, campaigns, and coordination across email, social, paid, search, and content marketing
- Experience supporting field sales teams through launch readiness and sales enablement
- Experience working with senior leadership across organizations to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent, multi-team programs on time
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience running joint sales channel programs that pair software with hardware, or with a parent company or strategic alliance
- Experience launching new technology products while growing an established product line
- Experience bringing AI or developer-focused capabilities to market
- Experience with Scrum, Jira, and capacity planning across teams
- A trusted collaborator who builds relationships, navigates ambiguity, and improves how teams work
