• Assist and support the G&A Solutions Engineering PMO and Strategy function.
• Collaborate with the larger organization strategy team, project leads and their nominated internal/external partners.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures and templates for the delivery of G&A Solutions Engineering projects.
• Assist in the management of the project costs, budget reviews, capital and operational expense planning & tracking.
• Undertake and manage the administrative tasks on multiple, simple to complex projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on provision of comprehensive PM tools & services.
• Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes – strong compliance.
• Manage and follow-up with Apple stakeholders on project delivery tracking, issues/risks and results.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and internal and external partners across IS&T and other lines of businesses.

• Familiar in project management, project life cycle, delivery of projects, project planning, execution or management processes.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar in capital planning, utilization tracking & reviews.
• Familiar in creating dashboards for budget tracking and metrics for monthly, quarterly, annual portfolio reviews.
• A structured approach to stakeholder engagement and planning communications.
• Conceptual grasp of cloud platforms, databases, APIs and application basics.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.
• Highly organized with a strong ability to follow up on details with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Accurate and timely structured reporting ability.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Should be dedicated, highly motivated and ability to learn quick.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $44.57 and $67.44/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
