Here on the Apple Store Online (ASO) team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The Digital Commerce Management (DCM) team is responsible for maintaining and managing all customer-facing content on the Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, Marketplaces, and Direct Marketing platforms. Our mission is to deliver an engaging and flawless shopping experience by continuously improving the quality of content presented to customers while scaling to meet the increasing demands of new geographies, languages, and devices. We are seeking a Digital Delivery Production Lead to join the DCM team in support of our growing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) program. You’ll take end-to-end accountability for process optimization and risk mitigation by identifying risks early, standardizing processes, building repeatable solution templates, and iterating on efficiency to scale our operations sustainably.

  • Manage end-to-end launch execution, ensuring solution readiness, implementation quality, and coordinated deployment across digital commerce platforms, while overseeing issue resolution to deliver successful launches.
  • Develop working knowledge of the CLM technology stack and guide the production team in navigating new capabilities and requirements in coordination with Optimization, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Drive best practices in production execution, influencing engineering, marketing, and operations partners to adopt process improvements that reduce risk and increase efficiency.
  • Influence cross-functional partner teams with timely, actionable insights, and optimize systems and processes for creating product copy and rich media assets (such as images and videos) to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Strategize, test, and gather requirements ahead of delivering new platform features and capabilities that elevate digital customer shopping experiences across multiple platforms.
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, end-to-end digital solution delivery, or project execution.
  • Experience collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams including technical teams and others such as marketing and operations teams to deliver projects at scale.
  • Experience structuring ambiguous business, operational, and technical challenges to deliver solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex operational or technical issues with attention to detail and a focus on the customer experience.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule during critical business periods and in support of a global team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template content rendering across quality assurance (QA), clients, and locales.
  • Experience in CLM system deployment, cross-platform rollout, and end-to-end execution workflows for digital system launches.
  • Understanding of system Application Programming Interface (API) integration, data pipelines, user tag architecture, and cross-system data logic.
  • Experience troubleshooting post-launch functional defects and data consistency issues.
  • Ability to navigate complex decisions and align conflicting points of view.
