- Drive double-digit growth in the commercial business to meet or exceed quota by proactively engaging sellers and customers to uncover new, expansion, and refresh opportunities.
- Guide channel sellers through the full journey — from little or no Apple penetration to Apple at scale — with an emphasis on gaining Mac share in the enterprise.
- Lead deals alongside the channel seller across the full sales cycle, owning pipeline creation and progression with strict adherence to pipeline hygiene.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with partner segment leadership and internal collaborators, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives, progress against goals, and accountability for key performance indicators.
- Manage quarterly forecast and pipeline, providing accurate and timely insight into performance. Track weekly quotes, bookings, backlog, and sell-through progress, and proactively build plans to close gaps to goals.
- Resolve client and partner issues promptly, serving as the connective tissue between the channel, customer, and Apple sales teams.
- Know precisely who to bring in from cross-functional teams — including marketing, channel, field engineering, and strategic solutions partners — to deliver winning technical and business solutions.
- Stay current on how AI is evolving within the business landscape, and apply that understanding to shape sales strategy.
- 3 to 5 years of validated experience as an Account Executive (or similar), selling to enterprise customers and/or through channel resellers.
- Proven ability to proactively generate demand, driving outbound efforts that build strong top-of-funnel pipeline through direct seller and customer engagement.
- Skilled at identifying customer needs and tailoring value-driven conversations that align partners and customers to Apple's platform.
- Proficient with CRM (Salesforce or similar) and analytics tools (Tableau or similar) to maintain pipeline hygiene and inform decisions.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding individual and segment-level quota, with full ownership of performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally, both internally and externally, toward shared goals.
- Builds senior relationships with partner leadership, able to influence go-to-market investment, incentive design, and sales strategy — not just individual deals.
- Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping enterprise buying behavior and workflows, and how to position Apple's hardware, software, and services integration within that shift.
- Executive presence: makes sophisticated topics simple, commands a room, and brings partners and sellers along for the journey.
- Uncompromising integrity and accountability — a trusted advisor who does what they say and always acts in Apple's best interest.
- Steps up in ambiguous environments, connects the right people inside and outside Apple, settles disputes, and leads hard conversations with minimal noise.
