Our apps Hily and Taimi are among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S., with over 70 million users. AdConnect and Mailkeeper build and scale our own B2B and B2C solutions.

Our mission: Flame up the world with Ukrainian products.

Our goals:

Reach the top 5 product companies in the world.
Become a unicorn — and turn Ukraine into a country where unicorns are born and thrive.

We're looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen.

You will:

— Come up with creative ad concepts aligned with the product strategy.
— Write briefs for designers, review creatives, and get them ready for launch.
— Research audiences, competitors, social media, and user reviews to uncover insights and market best practices.
— Build ads for Meta (and other platforms).
— Analyze creative performance and suggest how to improve or rework them.
— Take part in brainstorms and team discussions.

We'll have a match if you:

— Have a strong eye for advertising and social media trends. You've seen a lot of ads and know what works.
— English B2.
— Have a basic understanding of the ad market, performance marketing fundamentals, and user acquisition principles.
— Know your way around key ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS) and understand what they actually tell you.
— Know how to research and analyze target audiences and find insights.
— Take a systematic, structured, and analytical approach to your work.
— Learn fast and can process large amounts of information.
— Are self-motivated, proactive, and open to new challenges.

Will be an advantage:

— Interest in AI assistants and productivity tools, and keeping up with the AI tools market.
— Genuine curiosity about audiences. You spend a lot of time in online communities (Reddit, TikTok, forums) and love digging for insights.
— Scriptwriting experience and a passion for storytelling.
— Hands-on experience with AI tools.

You'll be a great fit if you:

— Want to grow your career in performance marketing and sharpen your creative skills specifically in performance.
— Want to have a direct impact on the business's bottom line.
— Are ready to experiment a lot to find fresh creative ideas.
— Can back up your opinions with solid arguments and are learning to make decisions on your own.
