Technical Field Specialist is a customer-facing role responsible for delivering hands-on technical expertise, supporting product implementation, and contributing to business growth. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, this position helps resolve technical challenges, supports product trials and evaluations, and ensures successful onboarding of new business opportunities. Through regular customer engagement and field visits, the role strengthens customer relationships, identifies opportunities for growth, helps drive long-term customer success and acts as front line technical resource to identify and address customer challenges.
