Fantastic opportunity to be the face and represent the IT organization at the primary Iconex locations in Morristown and Jefferson. A strong candidate will have the following qualifications - minimum of 10 years hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, servers and workstations, multiple years of experience in a client-facing (co-workers) environment with exceptional customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communication with detail orientation and the ability to track and manage multiple projects. The opportunity for this role is providing Onsite hands-on IT Support for Office and Lab equipment (servers, desktops, laptops, managing cabling, phone support, etc.) serving as the Lead for our Jefferson City and Morristown locations.
