Marketing Intern

We are now looking for a Marketing Intern, who will support Kaspersky Marketing team in Brazil.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events;
• Support the promotion of events, webinars, and marketing campaigns through communication materials and content creation;
• Coordinate requests for marketing and graphic design assets and monitoring approval workflows;
• Set up and manage events on marketing platforms;
• Support administrative and purchasing processes related to marketing activities;
• Assist with channel marketing initiatives and ensuring proper brand compliance;
• Manage promotional materials and marketing inventory;
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries;
• Support digital communication activities, including content reviews and campaign monitoring;
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel teams on strategic initiatives;
• Contribute to the organization and efficiency of day-to-day departmental operations.

Main requirements:

Education & Availability

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field;
• Expected graduation date in 2028 or later, enrolled in evening classes;
• Internship Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM;
• Available to work from the office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools;
• Strong written communication skills and excellent command of Portuguese;
• Basic understanding of administrative processes and project coordination;
• Intermediate to advanced English, Spanish language skills is a plus;
• Knowledge of Canva and basic image editing skills is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Proactive mindset and sense of ownership;
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across different areas of marketing.

The hiring process for this position looks as follows:

2) Introductory call with Recruiter (30 min)

3) Interview with Hiring Manager (60 min)

4) Final interview (optional)
