Marketing Data Insights Lead

About Anteriad

We are not just another B2B solution provider. We're problem solvers. We believe that data is the key to unlocking effective solutions that span a range of marketing challenges - from customer acquisition to demand generation to account-based marketing. Data is at the core of everything we do. Our team works tirelessly to create powerful solutions that drive real results for our clients. Whether it's through innovative technology or deep analysis, we're committed to finding the best path to growth for every one of our customers.

Why Join Our Intelligence & Analytics Team?

Anteriad is seeking a Marketing Insights Lead (MIL) to join our Intelligence and Analytics team. This is a client-facing seat with real ownership. You'll be the person turning their hardest marketing questions into clear, defensible recommendations.

We are trusted by enterprise clients such as IBM, Microsoft, Lenovo, SHRM and Forbes, and have been recognized on Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in the US four years running.

This is a remote position with required travel to our New York City office and client meetings as needed. Candidates must reside in the East Coast or Midwest regions and will be expected to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship, including OPT.

As our Marketing Insights Lead, you'll run your own analytical work streams end-to-end, sit at the table with senior marketing stakeholders, and have the backing of an experienced team of statisticians and strategists.  Your work will encompass the following:

• Frame the problem. Translate ambiguous business questions ("why is performance down YoY?") into structured analyses with a clear hypothesis and a clear answer.
• Run the analysis. Pull and shape the data in SQL, build the models or tests, and pressure-test your own work before anyone else sees it.
• Tell the story. Turn statistical output into a narrative that our clients can act on.
• Be a trusted partner. Build relationships with client stakeholders so that when something complex comes up, you're the first call.
• Raise the bar. Bring better methods, sharper questions, and reusable frameworks back to the team.
• Operate independently. Prioritize effectively, and bring strategic thinking to every engagement. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and client-centric.
• Curiosity, accountability, and intellectual rigor are essential. You should naturally ask “why?” and “what does this mean for the business?”.

Anteriad means “always moving forward” and we apply that to our company culture by tirelessly promoting an environment that allows our employees to thrive:

Benefits We Bring To You:

What You'll do:

• Begin your day by scanning what came in overnight: client requests, open questions, flagged deliverables and building your priority list before the first meeting hits. If something urgent surfaced, you're already on it.
• Spend a midday block building a A/B test read-out, manipulating data in SQL, translating raw outputs into a clean, story-driven deck that a CMO can act on by end of week.
• Jump on a client call in the afternoon where you're not just presenting findings, you're fielding follow-up questions in real time, pushing back on assumptions, and shaping what comes next.
• Close out the day triaging two or three active workstreams across different accounts, prioritizing what moves the needle and flagging anything that needs team input before it becomes a fire.
• Some weeks you're deep in creation of reports and data visualizations (PBI, Domo, Excel); others you're presenting at an executive meeting for a key client.

What You’ll Bring:
