Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Support the deployment, commissioning, and upgrade of technical security systems across sites.

Assist in managing small-to-medium technical security projects, including scheduling, tracking tasks, and reporting status to Technical Security Application Engineers.
Perform preventative maintenance and health checks to ensure system uptime and reliability.
Configure and troubleshoot networking components supporting security systems (IP addressing, VLANs, switches, PoE, basic firewall/port configuration- in collaboration with Network Engineering teams).
Maintain accurate device inventory and hardware/spares stock for supported sites.
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, system issues, and resolutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting physical access control and/or video surveillance systems.
