Junior System/Business Analyst ⚡️
Andersen Lab is hiring a Junior System/Business Analyst to work on an integration layer connecting multiple business systems and digital services.
💵 Salary: 1200 EUR
Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience as a System Analyst
• Experience in product teams or product-focused educational projects
• UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io
• Basic SQL (PostgreSQL or similar)
• REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, gRPC
• Git and SDLC understanding
• Basic logging and troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
Nice to have:
• Project Management background
• Camunda or similar workflow automation platforms
What you will do:
• Gather and document business, user, and functional requirements
• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities
• Model business processes (BPMN) and design solutions
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams
• Lead demos, reviews, and validate delivered increments
