Short Summary:
As Manager of Data Operations, you will lead the execution of Anaplan’s revenue data programs, manage a team of data operations specialists, and ensure data accuracy across GTM systems. This role requires flexible hours to support global projects.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and execute the data stewardship roadmap.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT to translate priorities into actionable data operations work.
- Maintain and improve documentation for data processes and governance standards.
- Manage data enrichment programs using tools like ZoomInfo and D&B Connect.
- Support data quality SLAs and foster a proactive data quality culture.
- Manage automation workflows for data management in Salesforce.
- Prepare data quality reporting for stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a team of data operations professionals.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data operations or business operations in a SaaS or technology company.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate data topics clearly.
