Für unseren Standort in Borchen suchen wir ab dem 01.10.2026 einen Mitarbeiter/in für unseren Verkaufsinnendienst (m/w/d)

In dieser Rolle sind Sie ganz nah an unseren Kunden - persönlich und lösungsorientiert. Sie haben dabei die Verantwortung für den Prozess und schließen diesen auch ab. Wir werden Sie mit dem Fachwissen über unsere Produkte, unsere Prozesse und unser CRM System schnell vertraut machen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Erstellung von Angeboten und Aufträgen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst und der technischen Fachabteilung
Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung und –beratung
Telefonische Angebotsnachverfolgung
Fakturierung
Reklamationsabwicklung
Stammdatenpflege

Das bringen Sie mit:

kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industrie- oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann
gutes technisches Verständnis
EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office/Navision)
Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
