Short Summary:
As a Regional Field Manager on the Americans for Prosperity-North Dakota team, you will identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders across Bismarck/Mandan and communities throughout the state, mobilizing them to take action and drive policy reform.

Responsibilities:
- Identify activists in Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding areas who could become leaders in their communities.
- Equip local leaders to advocate for changes consistent with AFP principles.
- Organize events to engage the public through various outreach methods.
- Ensure regular contact with activists to keep them motivated and active.
- Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance with laws and best practices.

Requirement:
- Passion for people and ability to build relationships quickly.
- Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and coordinate volunteers.
- Valid driver's license for travel across North Dakota.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
