Short Summary:
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect, Platform Owner LeanIX for Amer Sports' office in Garching (Munich). This role involves owning and evolving LeanIX, Amer Sports' core EA platform, and leveraging AI to enhance data stewardship and insights across a diverse, multi-brand landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve LeanIX as the single trusted source of truth for application landscape and capabilities.
- Translate architectural complexity into business-readable insights.
- Maintain the integrity of Amer Sports' capability and application model.
- Drive continuous improvement of EA data quality.
- Leverage AI for EA insight generation and data stewardship.
- Build and sustain a cross-functional EA data community.
- Drive LeanIX adoption across brands and regions.
- Act as a coach and enabler to contributors and consumers of EA data.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or application portfolio management.
- Experience with EA tooling and data governance in multi-brand environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, BiZBoK).
- Hands-on experience with EA management platforms, ideally SAP LeanIX.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
