GRPS is running an implementation of a modern, global CLM platform (Ironclad) which enables a significant expansion of contract management capabilities beyond tool consolidation. These include advanced reporting and analytics, integrated obligation tracking to proactively identify and address commercial leakage, AI-enabled playbooks and clause guidance, risk-based workflows, and enhanced post-signature compliance monitoring. While these capabilities materially strengthen governance, visibility, and value realization, they also introduce an ongoing operational workload that cannot be absorbed
within the current resourcing model. To ensure these new capabilities are effectively implemented, governed, and scaled this role has become essential to the success of the project.
